JVV(G)AOA Law Abiding Society

“JAL VAYU VIHAR” an apt name meaning “Water, Air and Excursion”. There could not have been a more befitting name to this Air Force Naval Housing Board's Dwelling Unit Scheme started in 2000 for the serving & retired personnel of the Air Force & Navy.

The affairs of the JVV(G) AOA Society are managed day to day by the four member team of Office Bearers namely, the President, Vice President, Secretary & the Treasurer. The strategic management of JVV(G)AOA is through a nine member Management Committee comprising members from diverse walks of life with sound professional knowledge, expertise & managerial skills to steer the protracted interests of the JVV(G)AOA Society ( Maintenance & Repairs, Financial Management, Safety & Security )

It won’t be improper to say that JVV(G)AOA is the ‘Cynosure’ of all the residential societies in this area.

History

  1. Land Acquisition

    Year 2000

    The Jal Vayu Vihar Greenlands Dwelling Unit Scheme at Bulkland No -20, Sector -6 Santnagar, Moshi, was the brain child of the Air Force Naval Housing Board realized through the then Pimpri-Chinchwad New Town Development Authority & now Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority by an Agreement to Lease in 2000 to lease 20028 Sq. Mtrs of Land for a period of 99 Years, culminating in Tri Party Land Lease Deed in May 2022

  2. Construction Phases

    Phase I completed in 2003 & Phase II in 2010

    The AFNHB New Delhi through local builders constructed 156 Dwelling Units in two Phases namely.

    • JVV(G)AOA Phase I of eight buildings A1-A7 (3BHK - 84 Flats) & B (2 BHK - 16 Flats) in year 2003
    • JVV(G)AOA Phase II of three buildings A8-A10 (3BHK - 42 Flats) with lifts in year 2003
    • The JVV(G)AOA premises are complete with two Security Gates, Two Transformer Sub-Stations, One Automated Generator Room, Large Central Garden , One Office Building and more than sufficient underground water Sumps
